By using SIMA you agree to these terms. They are written in plain words; if anything is unclear, write to info@trysynk.com.

1. What SIMA is

SIMA reads your receipts, keeps your prices, helps you see whether you overpaid, and gives you a picture of your money. It is a memory and comparison tool, not financial or investment advice; the decision is always yours.

2. Your account

• You need an account to keep your data. You are responsible for your password and for everything done from your account.
• You must be 18 or older, or use the app with a guardian's consent.
• You can delete your account at any time from Settings, which erases all your data.

3. SIMA Premium

• SIMA is free with core features. Premium unlocks more (price alerts, unlimited scans, unlimited memory questions, and others).
• Two plans exist: monthly and annual. Both renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before it ends.
• The annual plan starts with a 14-day free trial. Nothing is charged during the trial; if you do not cancel before it ends, the yearly price is charged. The monthly plan is charged immediately.
• Payment, renewal and cancellation all go through your Apple account. Cancel from iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal and does not refund the current period.
• Refund requests go through Apple under Apple's policy.
• Prices are shown in your country's App Store currency and may differ between countries. If we change a price we tell you first, and the change applies only after your consent or after your current period, per Apple's rules.

4. Your receipts and prices

• AI reads receipts and may get an item, a price or a date wrong. Review what was read and correct it; SIMA is not liable for a decision based on a misread.
• Community prices are estimates based on what other users shared and may be outdated or inaccurate.

5. Acceptable use

You may not:

• Upload content that is not your receipts, or that belongs to other people without their permission.
• Enter fake or misleading prices that others will see.
• Try to access other people's data or tamper with the app or its servers.
• Use SIMA for anything unlawful.

We may remove violating content or suspend an account that breaks these terms.

6. Ownership

The app, its name and its design belong to Synk. Your data stays yours; you only give us permission to process it to provide the service, and to share anonymised prices as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Limits of liability

SIMA is provided "as is". We work to keep it running and accurate, but we do not guarantee it is error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss caused by relying on information from the app.

8. Changes and termination

We may update these terms or change the app's features. Material changes are announced inside the app. You can stop using SIMA and delete your account at any time.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
